I think it's overwateted because it's brown underneath leaf. I thought it as dry earlier so I added more water

Just germinated some seeds in towel but the tap roots have curved round and not pointing down from bottom of seed. If I plant the seed as normal I think the root will be pointing up. Is that OK?

If you germinate a seed in some paper towel what's the best sized pot to transplant them into? I know lots of people are against paper towel method but seemed to work OK. Thanks

It's 250w qb led light in a 2x4 tent on an 18/6 schedule. It's quite powerful I've got it turned down to lowest setting and it's a metre above plants but they still droop at end of the day

Yeah as long as you keep an eye on it and move it high up like 3ft away

19 is a bit low but not too bad. Heat matts work quite well because heat gets to roots whereas heating the air can be harder in a tent with air being sucked out.
