I am guessing you are talking excess water ? Yes I use the 7 gallon fabric pots each with its own overflow pan. I usually water from top and bottom .Then wait about 20 to 30 minutes and remove excess water with a shop vac.

I was also wondering about the heat in room. I have learned the difference in canopy heat and room heat.MAKE a big difference. The laser thermometer someone recommended to be was a big help.For checking heat in different location in the room.

Yea funny that is what started it . I Had got all the switches and plug strips covered . Sitting in my complete dark room and the heat kicked on. I was what the %#%% BUT thanks got the oil heater cleaned and going in tonight.
