This is how I started Organics ~ FFOF soil ( at local nursery) then organic veg juice ( I use Humboldts naturals) then after a few weeks and when plants went into 5 gal I bought nematodes (nursery) and they ate up all the gnat eggs in soil. Then I use (from local nursery) compost tea (5 gallons 15$) and I saturate soil. Don't over think organic, it's easy and beautiful. TLO even easier. Just add nematodes and beneficial bacteria
