If you can grow out, then you can do in.
Indoor may be a little more complicated, haven't tried. But i'm in cold weather now, so i'll get a lil sum sum started..

True about then electric bill, that's why I consider outdoor.
I seed once in awhile. Haven't much in the past.

Means you have plenty of Patience.

I think growing indoors should only result if you are in a different climate.
Mainly up north, but when you are down south, there is no need too.
