pretty good price, might not be top bin and i think its also cheaper because the shipping price is lower compared to others 3 of them would be 50 cents per watt and 2 would be 60 cents per watt 750watt for 415$, thats pretty good

i mean personally i would not go with that but if he wants like a flence type light then its not bad but yes you are right. the reason what makes that light "okay" is the configurable didoes, inventronics driver, wireless controllable, and if true 1680 ppf i just ordered this a few days ago...
