Started around Oct 25, first noticed the white hairs around January 3rd

I wish I knew, I found it in a bag. It was the first seed I’ve seen years. It was pretty decent weed (not sure of the strain), which is why I decided to drop it in some soil to see what happened. Should I leave the fan on while the light is off?
