I took them out of the soil today to see if roots are black or color changed or not. Here you can see them in water. I'm not sure what to do now!!! it seems roots are healthy enough to recover. Do I need to bring them back to soil? or change the system of growing to hydroponics? Also, what if I...

pots were cleaned and washed carefully by anti fungus, alcohol, warm water, dried and filled with garden soil mixed with coco and perlite.

The area is 0.6m3. The light is two 12 watts LED and one 30 watts LED above plants as 30cm. Also, a blue light led of 10 watts is in the room. So 64watts, 30cm, 0.6cm3.

I changed the whole soil and saw roots are got black. I did it to get rid of over-fertilization so then I watered the soil in a spray manner to make it wet.

Is the plant in the first picture dead? If not i will snip off the affected leaves

No the area isn't cold at all. It seems I made a big mistake in fertilization. Angry about myself

They were in a small greenhouse with ventilation. Only when fertilizer was added this happened.
