Growing in coco coir with perlite, 70% humidity , 75 f, PH 6.8, 18/6 light cycle

New grower and coming towards 1 week before flowering. 2 plants has these brown spots and yellow looking leaves. Anyone know the reason for this ? How can I fix this ?

These seedlings are growing in coco coir and i just recently water them this morning . Would transplanting them cause stress on the seedlings being that the coco is moist ?
