Little brown spots forming, almost definitely not Ca deficiency. Can the light being too close cause this? Thoughts?

Late flower, only effecting upper most leaves... only plant I’ve seen this on.

She’s super super healthy and growing fast but just noticed these little brownish/yellowish spots on the giant fan leaves. thoughts?

Problem has been very slowly progressing. Almost all on lower fans. Figure N deficient but the random spots and brown tips are throwing me off. soil, one week into flower. what do you all think?

Dr Earth organic All purpose 4-4-4 dry (recently) and Dr earth herb and vegetable liquid (3-2-2) at 1/4 strength with each watering. PH between 6.3-6.8 Also added some molasses last watering to feed the microbes since it seems like the soil I used (ocean forest) was an old bag

Other plants are doing just fine. This one is just having problems. Possibly because the soil I used might have been old.
