I try to water it every few days and I am starting to use some nutes now. How do I get it back to lush green

Can anybody tell me what is going on with this plant? The brown spots were present before I started on the nutes and are coming from the bottom of the plant upwards. The plant is outside all the time(apart from when there is bad weather) so don't use lights or anything
