yes pick off the dying leaves I'd also use a little veg nutes with the bloom until week 4 so the plant can use the nitrogen stored up for the last 4-6 weeks of flower depending on the strain

make sure your PH is 5.8-6.1 and if the plants in still young I would use 1/2 strength nutes for at least 7-10 days then bring the strength up
