Yes but the miracles you refer to might be true knowledge divined to us. Knowledge; maybe Jesus healed the sick with true knowledge given to him by God. Maybe he healed the sick with plants made aware and how to use. If God cannot effect us on a physical level then perhaps when he was baptized...
