In my experience, more than 90% will reveg. Starting a clone or two would be good insurance, but If it were me, I'd wait and see. Clone stock taken while vigorously growing in June will root and grow very quickly.
Earlier in the season I told folks that putting plants out in early April wouldn't be a flowering problem. That has been my experience until this year. Yes, sometimes some flowers, but never full bloom.
For whatever reason, this year seems different.
Yes, feed veg nutes. I try for an NPK ratio of 2-1-1. This could be 6-3-3 or 40-20-20. You just adjust, accordingly.
Some strains reveg from the lower branches, up.
If you see that happening, you can speed things up by removing the upper part that is slower to reveg. Use your judgement as to how much to remove. Half or less is best, until you have seen how the plants can vary during revegging.
