    I'm using a bubble cloner. Do i need nutes in the water for cloning?

    You can run straight tap water in your bubble cloner ph'd between 5.8-6.3. If you like you can add aloe or some rooting hormone from the store like Clonex. Just keep the water about 3/4-1" under the bottom of the cuttings. I personally dont use anything in my bubble cloner but straight ph'd tap water with great results. Welcome to RIU!

    I've just been having a rough Time getting them to do anything.
    I use root hormone after I cut them at 45beg. The distance from the water is good. My ph is as close to 6.0 as I can get.
