Popped Blue muffin and gelato from Humboldt, gotta say I wasn’t too impressed with their germ rate 4/10 blue and 6/10 gel. Overall yield was average at best and the blue was susceptible to mold in New England…Gelato was short and stout and had better yield, I wouldn’t get them again…they sent...
