Temps were so low i was worried about it being too cold. the pump i was using before i got with a kit and was a piece of shit.. i think the pump wasn't agitating the roots enough.. That's my guess but i guess we can't be sure due to both changes happening at the same time.

just a little update, entering week 3 of flowering. I replaced the pump and the girlfriend put foil over the hydrostones to block light i am not sure which did it but the roots look miles better and the new growth is BRIGHT white. I think i am not having any issues because its pretty chilly...

its weird because i am ultra careful and do not remember pinching the leaf at all.

when you say that you use the 5/10 ratio what do you mean? 5ml micro and 10ml bloom?

Ohhh so i mix all the nutes in one gallon (enough for my entire batch) then add it in alright i get it now, thanks dudes.
