Getting quotes on aliminium sheets, what grade do you use? Also is it OK to get 3 connector wagos and leave one slot empty so in future I can just add another board in and run softer? Sorry couldn't find answers to this on Google.

That does seem very cheap, built in drivers, perhaps they are the very cheap part.

That's sweet, that geekbeast should cover a good share of it so should be good. So you hang them using chains as well and is that from a normal plaster board ceiling?

Thanks for the reply, I don't plan on running at full power. I have 2 4m x 1m rows I'd like to cover as much as possible, also have the geekbeast and appreciate I won't cover it all but hanging high what's best space between them at around 250w? So individual timers all set a couple minutes...

Sorry I haven't been on here a while. Yes I have, set it up to check it works but not hanged it yet as only have seedlings at the moment, easy to set up but the plug is tiny and driver sits between bars so that's very annoying.

Only slim ones, 280mm in the 301b though which won't be 90cri. Have to order 20 I was told to get 90cri 280mm boards.

Update on lights I ended up going for. After all the messing about with fotop 561c she said they tested them before shipping and they didn't work. Ended up ordering 10 fotop 301b instead in all 3500k. I've never done any building before, all the hlg drivers in ab are low on stock on UK sites and...

I am also new to this but have read the whole thread, I think it would do alright, you can grow with almost anything but probably better off with 3500k. What are they quoting you all in shipped?

3500k will do you OK for both. I don't think you'd benefit from alibaba with such a small grow space though.

What size grow space do you have? The quantum boards are good from what I gather and may be best of getting indicidual ones with different heat sinks if space requires it to avoid heat spots.

This is what I though thank you. Might ask for a refund as don't have much in stock I wanted and look into another alternative. Geek beast should arrive tomorrow so at least I'll have something to start.
