Why do you think the buds are very underdeveloped for 6/7 weeks into flowering?

Pot is about 3/4 full with soil, germinated the seed in February, in week 6/7 of flowering now (very small size already established to be a lighting issue which I am fixing). For reference this is my first grow and I was definitely learning as I went, but this collapse happened pretty suddenly...

Was perfectly healthy on Wednesday, started to see some yellowing on the leaves on Thursday, came back to this today.

Went away for the weekend, came back to find my plant like this. Anyone know what went wrong so I know what to look out for next time? Thanks!

Yeah it hurt to go back and see that number. Totally didn't even care to check when I first got it. I learned a lot in a short period of time. I'll definitely order a better light and see if I can squeeze something extra out of this plant in these last few weeks.

Makes sense. Got the lights early in the process when I didn't even have a grow tent and was definitely learning as I went. Didn't even realize it could be a lighting issue, but looking back, these don't seem nearly powerful enough to sustain a whole plant like this...
