I really don't have any advice to you about how to get started. You should contact another dispensary, and ask how they got started. My guess would be with a good lawyer.

Gonna be moving to Aurora Colorado in a year. A business partner and I are opening a dispensary! Just wanted to say hello! maybe we can share some information and help each other out? Well hit me back and give me and Idea of what you are trying to find out about the local dispensarys? I'm hoping to do some network building in hopes to get some patients.
