Yes, that is my biggest worry with ANY Company. I am surprised that these Black Stars really produce the Lumz, even though they do not use the watts they indicate.
They say they produce the same as the advertised watts but are more efficient. I am very skeptical, so I am trying them out. I am pleasantly surprised and the customer service from Gotham Hydroponics has been great so far.
There has been a couple issues, but every issue they are stand up and taking care of me. I Highly Recommend.
