That is the dabate that is currently goin on about this. I personally now will only grow from regular seed or from clones, as I've had nothing but 100% hermies from the fem seeds I've grown, this was not down to "grower error" either as I never have hermies from the reg's/clones I've grown and my grow room is dialed in too.
Feminised seeds can be used to make mother plants for takin clones from but IMO lose their vigor much quicker. They are no good for breeding your own seeds with either as they aren't genetically sound.
But there are growers who love them & others hate them, I'm the latter but if you want to go feminised thats up to you at the end of the day. If your starting out and don't mind a few hermied seeds in your Bud go for it, but if you can get hold of some good clones I'd start with those (I did mate
