It's almost 5 feet tall with really thin branches everywhere and very small bud sites . Is this normal?

Hello fellow growers, I'm a newbie to the growing community... I currently have a fast & vast auto in week 10. The branches are kind of weak with very small bud sites. Not sure if the plant hermied out or what. Can u guys take a look at the pics and provide any info for me... thanks in advance...
