John F. Kennedy was a Democrat. He was a Democrat during the "civil rights era." How do you square your historic out-take with one of the most progressive presidents in US history, who was both Democrat AND a champion of equal civil rights?

And, welfare was created to help a nation faced with starvation, disease, and overwhelming poverty during a depression.

(Your personal opinions don't matter, either.)
he was also shot in the face publicly if you forgot

No he wasn't!

He was facing the other way. ;-)
I don't know why they knocked off Oswald - clearly one of the most gifted marksman the US has ever produced. Even today his performance cannot be replicated. If he was still alive today, we would've got UBL on September 12th 2001.

Shit, he'd have popped UBL on the 12th, but that shot woulda' been so accurate that UBL would have died on the 10th!

No, I asked a question about blanket statements and pointed out that Kennedy, a keystone in the civil rights movement, was supportive of civil rights.

I don't get mad at history,I realize it's in the fact, and although it influences the present it has no direct bearing on our current direct. I review it and learn from it. It's a neat trick.

I also don't get mad at intentionally emotionally charges statements, that are meant to do nothing but incite emotionally based, and often irrational statements.

The ratings for Liberal political forums are probably just like the Liberal news channels..pretty much belly up...
The content for Conservative political forums are probably just like the Conservative Faux News and CNN networks.. pretty much all lies...

Ooh Please, I've been debating your loons on HP, Politico and the alphabet soup news sites for years. It just got redundant when I realized my 15 yr. old was using the same tactics. I didn't realize you guys were the products of arrested development.
Loons? You know nothing of my positions. You automatically prejudge me without knowing anything about me.

Name a few of my positions. What is my take on guns? My take on welfare? My take on marriage? How about government?

I once watched a Democratic senator seriously question if the Island of Guam would tip over if we put more troops on it...

Seems a bit more dangerous than some crazy lady at a dog park...
