They just pissed because they couldn't crucify him for being whatever they were trying to get the world make believe he was. It backfired on them and he is getting rich and famous because of it. Liberals don't like to be wrong or have their plans thwarted. I reckon Zimmerman is in a dangerous position right now, they ain't going to leave him alone and he has made them feel look stupid and we all know how they behave when that happens. Vindictive bunch.

It seems like everyone picks one extreme side when it comes to the GZ trial. Either he's a racist murderer or he was completely justified in everything he did. I don't think that's the case..
Should zim have gotten out of his car and followed trayvon, after the dispatcher specifically told him not to? No. Should trayvon have turned around to attack zimmerman instead of proceeding to his house? No. Neither side is completely blameless IMO... at the end of the day, I don't think trayvon needed to die that night, and zimmerman is the one who initiated the situation. I think if the prosecution had gone for a lesser charge than murder, things would have gone very differently.
But it's long been over and has been discussed here ad nauseam, idk why it needs to be argued over and over.

No." Zimmerman was already out of his vehicle and following Martin when the dispatcher told him not to. Zim's response to the dispatcher was "OK", which indicates that he stopped following Martin at that point.
The prosecutor did go for a lesser charge: manslaughter. They lost that one too. Zim was acquitted of murder and acquitted of manslaughter. His defense was solely based on self defense.
Zimmerman did not initiate the situation. Zimmerman's injuries were the only injuries, hence it is plain who started the violence.
You're right that Trayvon did not need to die that night.

Nobody chased anybody with a gun. The gun was not produced until it was needed to end a violent assault using the doctrine of self defense. It is amazing how mudscuttles will distort facts, that are plain as day, to make events fit their ugly world view.
