im almost 30c in the tent i opened a window to try to bring it down a couple degrees

Don't worry about minor stuff when they're babies so long as they are look healthy, as yours do. Look at newborn kids, they look all kinds of funky

how's your stuff setup, lights fans tent size etc.
the info will allow people to Dial in on a real problem to help you.
I think you are fine, put a fan blowing on them lightly to strengthen stems and stick them under your MH.
re-pot, bury deeper like suggested and Be Careful not to burn your plant, I did to my first which I finished last month.
back of the hand at the distance for 30 seconds to really feel the radiant heat.
if it's uncomfortable for you it's the same for the plant.
sort of a balancing act, to far they stretch, to close they burn.
I check my plants daily to make sure my light distance is OK.

cant laugh Hard I'm in pain.

L2, L3 burst inward, I took a ride in an Ambulance and 14 days of pain later I'm still in pain.
Thank God for my Jars full from my 1st plant.

That seedling is like what, 2 weeks old or so, why on gods green earth would u feed nutes?! Are you asking for problems right way?

Your plant looks fine. At that age the leaves will be pointing slightly downward. When your leaves get dark green almost bluish and they fold inward and downward you usually have a nitrogen toxicity. Generally when people have deficiencies the leaves will curl upwards and become slightly yellow.
