right on, im about ready to do a big run of them banana puffs,that was some of the best smoke ive had in a long time...yr round type smoke for me.

I don't know about the smoke yet but they do train well. They look good though. I have been doing some xplanting the last two days to add more soil to their pots and noticed their roots were on second to the deep psychosis. I have the other four banana puffs in veg still under I figure out how to possible add two more to the tent. There's 8 in there now. Three more than my typical. It's gonna be a jungle in this bitch this time but with the LST I'm hoping it keep everyone in check particularly the DP. Sativa's can live without em and can't make em shorter or can I. Muahahah.

And smooth... you only got 23 hours in your growroom's days? That's wild, get more days in... harvest sooner. lol jk. Reminds me I read this crazy article somewhere on RIU where they were talking about doing 18/12 days, or something like that. Maybe it was 24/12, whatever, the idea was that the 12 hours of dark is the part necessary for flowering... so you could run longer days getting more light in per 'day'. I always thought it was interesting, and confusing.

It was a great grow and the tubes are coming back out soon right jig? What are you gonna be running in them jig? G I also took your comment about throwing clones into that soil a little hot. It's only been about a week since I first mixed it. I took cuts from the antidote and banana puff. Still need to take cuts of the others. I'm not making the mistake of waiting too long to take cuts again. The banana puff cuts look the best. The antidote aren't looking too hot. May need to have take. Better branches for the clones.

Never thought about it. I have like 2 grams left... private reserve. I'll pay attention next time I break it out.

Savor that stuff and hord the last 2 grams. lol. I'm curious too what flavored you got outta her.

I still got a lot more work to do in the next couple days. More clones to take, adding more soil to the last 6 pots that were shorted my first time putting them in the pots. Then take cuts of everything in the tent. Only got clones of two of the eight. I take three clones from each just in case I botch it there's back ups. I may have to take better cuts from the antidote. I hate taking the larger branches because it takes from her flowers but better to have the clones to keep things going I suppose.

Bro, you got no idea how bummed I am about the cut being lost. That's what I get for not calling a homie for a few months. Shit, if I would just called him once I'm sure he would have mentioned something to me and the situation could have been saved. Lesson learned. Call your friends! haha. I never thought I'd be one of those people to chase a strain, since there are so many out there... but the banana og is my favorite smoke I've ever grown. If I find one I like more I'll run that.

I'm excited to smoke the psycho killer I have running right now. I'm actually really excited to smoke each strain I'm running right now. Got 5 or 6. Only smoked one of them before. Woot.

And yeah man.. the flooded tubes are coming back out real soon. I got 2 weeks, 3 max left on the plants running now. Then I'll just clean up and retool a bit. I want to get things growing like right now. I don't know that I'll be able to smoke my own. I might have to break down and buy some before the hydro harvest. I really would like to get buds before then of my own. i'm real proud to say that I've never run out of weed since my first harvest in May 09. I don;t want to start now.

As for genetics I think I will run clones from either a friend or from the co-op in hollywood. The ones I got all my good runs from. I am planning on running seeds again, but not this run... I'm in a hurry. When I do seeds there are a whole bunch of strains I want to run. TOo many strains too little time.

i don't have too many true friends these days so its easy track them down. lol. That sucks about that strain man. I was fortunate to come across that banana puff. Definitely grateful. I can't wait to see what her smoke is like. We all gotta chase the one that got away…strains. lol. It's a grower thing I think. I'm already chasing my phenos that lapse from my previous strains but something tells me I'll find them. A couple of them look like the same leaf structure.

You gotta tell how that psycho killer is as well. Man at this rate you're gonna have to make a list. lol. I know what you mean by being short on time. I'm actually gonna pay rent on my apartment month to month or a month or two to make sure I can finish the girls off and harvest. Seed is always fun. I get impatient sometimes with sexing the plants.

So I took a little more foliage off the clones last night and misted them. They perked right back up. I think I got it down now. We'll see. lol. Everyone got water last night. About three 12 oz cups a piece. One more watering then it's tea time.

Well some good news and some bad news. The first banana puff in the tent was a male. As was the first smelly cherry. That wa two days ago. The good news is the ones still under the T5 are female and a one or two undetermined yet. I took clones of each of the determined females in the tent. I wish the ones I the tent went in a little larger but it's the only way I could deal with my space issue. I'll get some pics up tonight. I swear. lol. The clones don't seem to like the humidity dome for some reason. I may leave it off for a day to experiment a little. It does have vents but I'm thinking they aren't getting the air they need to keep from wilting.

What medium are you using to clone with? I have found with rockwool cubes there's usually enough humidity to not even need a dome, provided they don't have a fan right on them drying them out.

I'm just using soil. I'm gonna leave the dome off for tonight to see how the clones fair. If it works then I got my answer. Thanks for the help papa.

See every once in a while I follow through on pics. They are coming along nicely. Stretching a bit but thats to be expected of course. From what I can tell I have three undetermined sex DP's in the tent (although I think female...just not prominent enough yet to determine), one smelly cherry and one banana puff. The other three are definitely female. In the veg area I have one male sour cherry, a possible banana puff for males and four definite females.

I didn't use my DSLR so the quality is shitty but you get the idea.

Thanks bro. I gotta say despite the plants going in a little smaller they look better/healthier than past grows. I'm really digging this soil bit so far. There's only one thing environmentally I need to get a grasp on, my temps. The highs range from, 86-89F. I little warmer than I like but last grow they were sitting at about the same. I'm hoping once they get a little larger it will cool the tent down a little.

It's definitely gonna be tight in there. I was actually considering hanging two more from the roof supports of the tent. IDK if I can swing that though. It would be some heavy LST if I did. lol. The great thing is that one banana puff I specifically pointed out earlier in this grow is a female. I still think she's gonna be my best BP. All of them look great. That Antidote is a strong grower and responds really well to LST. I actually had to LST some of her other branches other than the main. The thing I'm looking forward to most about this harvest is the BP, but secondly its the variety of smoke I'll have.

Don it's funny you bring it up. I started thinking last night about breeding some of the plants I have. Particularly the QQ and banana puff. Qrazy Banana. Hahahah. For right now I need to get through the sexing process to get them separated for the time being. I may keep the sour cherry male just because he looks nice and stout. But I can't think of what I would want the female to be. They'll be idle for now. Got any ideas?

Judging from previous grows I'd say the QQ and if the SC I have in the tent is the same one I had in my first grow it. The Antidote is looking nice as well.Hell all of them have characteristics I like. I like the idea of the QQ and BP. but I need to smoke her first to tell. LOL

I liked the sound of it too. I need to start researching how to breed before I can try it myself. Maybe a next grow or intermediate thing between runs sorta thing so I can make sure I do it right.

Well I have some orange pictures for you guys. I got tied up doing other things before the light flicked on. So sorry but it'll have to do for now. I have also managed to vent my exhaust out into the hallway so it isn't quite so hot in the room it took about 2F off with the tent closed up. I also have the A/C set on 73F now. Temps are down to 84F in the tent with it closed up. I may be working on exhausting through a window tomorrow. Still kinda deciding if I wanna do that. Flower tea is brewing, which will get applied in a couple days. The veggers are gonna have to wait their turn. Priorities...lol. Any who, check em out y'all:

I love the diversity in the tent. Still wouldn't mind have a couple more strains (maybe even one of my own creation...well my idea for a cross anyways). It looks like the Sour Cherry and DP could use some nitrogen. Leaves are a little light green for my taste, you can kinda see it in the pic above.

EDIT: I still have to take clones of the BP's, DP's, Smelly Cherry, and one more clone of that AntiDote.
