Boy, I was having to fix the lock on the front door today, and was pushing the bolt back into the handle, well it snatched my skin and took it with it! Damn that hurt!! Shewww! :(
I'm a big cry baby! Lol. But it did hurt like hell!

I'm in awe, I just came back with a clone , cause it seems like I will have a long learning curve with just getting seeds to grow. but one thing once I get hooked, I read all there is to know and learn. while here let me ask a dumb question , and I hear there are no dumb ones ;)

When you get a seed to germinate wether in a cup of water or paper towels, and the little white spout comes out about 1/8" long, do you plant that white sprout down into the hole or facing up ? so far I have been doing it down , but seem to be having just failures.
only 3 made it, and they are just now getting full of buds and smelling great.
I actually did a dumb thing and set 10 sprouted seeds in plugs, but the hot sun got to them and steamed them, and killed them . there went 100.00 , so now just trying with these god awful looking hemp seeds from Canada, and they seem to be cracking open but NOTHING is sticking out.

since I got so many, I tried one batch with plain water in a cup, they split open and I see the white thing, but nothing sticks out, so I put them in some less hot home depot soil. I tried one batch in distilled water in the cup , same thing

now today I have 2 batches going, one is distilled water in paper towel in a zip lock bag , and another in distilled water with 10cc of superthrive in the water from something I read in here and put that into a ziplock bag .

I'm giving up on soil for now at least with these seeds and going back to rock wool cubes like with my first batch of seeds from Sea of Seeds

let me know what you reccomend. I could use some common sense advice for a person with a RED thumb not green, same thing happened 20 years ago when I tried fishes. man I'm a killer . my wife she has a green thumb for every thing, if only I could get her interested in growing, her fishes have babies in our aquarium , and these are the kind that the guy at the fish store, just can't beleive she does it.

I recommend Rapid Rooter Plugs. OR SIMILAR PRODUCTS... they work better than rockwool for seed starting IMO.

Well bro, when it comes to growing, your right. There is NO dumb question. I do know that there's a few that would bash the hell out of someone that just starting out and trying to learn how to grow. Which I'm not one of them. I truel like to help others out, if I can. And what you would want to do starting out is start your germination, in the paper towel, or just in a cup of water. Once the seed starts to open, it will have a taproot coming out. Fill your cup, or planter with your grow medium, being soil,hydrtron, or whichever, then make a hole and place the seedling into the hole "sprout down". Cover back up with your medium. Then water. Sit under a light that isn't to strong, such as a few CFL'S, once the seedling comes up, and starts to get a stalk, your going to have to reburry it. This makes there stalk a lot stronger, just so she doesn't fall over on you. I do the reburry maybe once or twice. I let them go in the styrofoam coffie cups for a week or two, then place them in either 1 gln or 3gln containers. Starting around week 1 or so of veg I start feeding them with a organic food, not a lot to start or it will burn them up! I start at right around 300 or so ppm's (which is parts per million) to a gln of water, then ph the water at 6.0-6.5. Which a lot of growers just use plain old tap water, but I ph mine. If you ever need anymore help bro, just hollar. I don't mind 1 bit to try & help you.. ;)

Ok, had someone asking 2 see the Purple V's, (Bigworm) here's they are.. :mrgreen: can't wait till there good and finshed up! They sure are smelling so sweet right now! A skunky but fruity smell! Yummm! :weed:

Also here is the Hubba Bubba Bomb, whic has yet to show me her pistols! I know its a female, she is on the slowwww side when it comes to flowering, but super good shit! Also, all 3 Purple Voodoo's, and the Sins OG Kush.. :mrgreen:
Last but not least here a few pictures of the WWxBB.. which is my 2nd fav right now!!
