Did you stack some dry cow pies under the second to last pic? Thats a good idear! DUB
No brother, I didn't but that would be good for them too...

I use composted horse manure and wood fines at a 40(HM)/60(WF) ratio and I mulch it for 3yrs and after 3yrs it turns into perfect black nutritious composted soil medium...
It grows Giants man, My biggest is 10'3" and she branched every 2"-3" man...

Three-Four pounds man, At minimum...

Keep it green RIU!!!

Gorgeous plants! I'll be moving to SouthEastern KY next year (from Northern California), and I wasn't too happy about the move - until I saw your post, that is! Don't get me wrong, I love KY. Spent many days hiking around Natural Bridge. It's a beautiful state. But, wasn't sure about growing there. Obviously you can - and you can do it well! Thank you for the inspirational pics and best of luck!

Thanks man!
Kentucky grows some good smoke man but it aint nothing like Humbolt, Ca...
A lot of the old school guys like to use the natural soil from the mountain sides with their plots, The natural soil is good but it can"t make plants grow like mine do. I've got an infinite supply of mulch (60% horse manure-40% wood fines) and man that shit is steroids for plants, Its very light and airy so the roots just penetrate straight through it as deep as they want. I use hardly no nutrients except for the Fox Farms 3 part plant food and I only use it 6-8 times starting at the 30 day mark and stopping at first sign of flowering. My dad thinks that I should use more for a longer period of time but it would just be over kill and I think eventually it would cause nutrient lockout...

The old school growers round these parts don't use any Top Shelf genetics either, At one time their genetics were probably pure and vigorous but now their shit is nothing more than Low Grade shwag most of the time. There are only a handful of old timer growers that have quality shit, I have tried to help them out by giving them some good seeds but they bunk it up everytime. They'll have awesome quality plants going but they don't understand how the breeding works and they'll cut out all of the males as soon as they show sex and then later in the season when the buds are developing they'll take fucking bagseed unknown genetics and pollinate their crop for next years seeds. Needless to say that they ruin the genetics and they don't even select the better phenotypes and I have given up on them and I just take over their end of the market with my high grade fire-herb.

Update pictures tomorrow, Keep it green RIU!!!!

It has been storming everyday here, I'm hoping it slows down when the plants start putting out pounds cause mold will be hard to control...
I'll have update pictures as soon as the weather takes a break...

I've gotten very lucky and was gifted some seed that I gifted to my little cousin. He gave them back to me so I can do a seed run and get back on track with my Sativa Autoflowering strain, I set my grow room back up and have my Thai Haze#47 F3's going strong under 20-4 light. Hoping for a male because I have very limited seed stock and need to get a female preggers so I can get back on track with my Super Auto Sativa "*Stitch* aint got shit on me!" :)

Got my camera batteries charging up and shit, It's pretty and sunny today so before it gets dark I'll have some update pictures taken.
I've got my work cut out for me this year with keeping up with the mold. Fucking rain won't give a break, This week its supposed to be clear so maybe it'll dry up a little bit.

Some beast you got there man. Any problem with helicopters? Hopefully not keep em happy man :)
With the South-Eastern Kentucky climate and the strains that I'm growing, I believe that I have gotten the most out of the plants that I possibly can/could.
They all have 3-1/2' to 4-1/2' of vertical root space and equal horizontal root space with very light/airy compost/soil that enabled the root system to grow as deep and wide as it possibly could. I wish I had the freedom and climate that you have in NorCal man, I would love to grow monsters like you have in your avatar picture...

The helicopters buzzed the hollows and hillsides early this year probably about 1-1/2 months into the grow season, I didn't see any sign of them noticing my plot but I took precaution anyhow by tying them down and training them across the ground(They look like hedge bushes by now)so now I'm very satisfied with the stealth of my plot.
The Pakistan Valley Kush plant that I didn't tie down is so vigorous and tall man, It's the best plant that I've ever cultivated 100% organically in ground. I usually grow in buckets with 75-100 plants but this year I couldn't run the risk of getting busted with a crop of that magnitude so I decided to grow stationary in ground plants this season.
I expect no less that 3lb's at minimum anything over will just be a cherry on top. I have 2 Pakistan Valley Haze F1's(Pakistan Valley Kush x Haze#1) going as well, The flower to leaf ratio is nearly perfect for what I'm looking for. It is very Sativa dominant but has just enough of an Indica touch to speed up the flowering time, Next week I will use some Colloidal Silver on a few select branches in order to harvest some pollen so I can Self them and get started on reaching F5 stability.
The other plants are the Afghan Kush IBL's and their putting on some weight guys, I'm loving it!!!!

I fired my closet grow back up 3 weeks ago and started some of my Thai Haze#47 Magnum AutoFlower plants so I can do a seed run, They are booming man. Most shorter faster Indica dominant 60-75 day finishing strains show sex at the 4th to 6th node but I've selected my Sativa dominant AF's to show sex at 8th to 12th node.
It makes for a much bigger heavier plant with an actual Haze effect. Heres a couple quick picture of what will be my breeder female - 0 Zero LowRyder, Autoflower gene comes from a 100% Sativa called Thaipan. Mixed with the Spanish Breeder Mossy's Purple AK-47 this project strain is high yielding and high ptency. Low CBD levels unlike LowRyder Strains...

Damn it's an everyday sometimes twice a day job keeping up with my ladies, Bitches require a ton of attention. At least these ladies don't want money or clothes...lol

All of the bigger sucker leaves have died off and the chicks are in full flower, My Pakistan Valley Haze will be my most early finisher and it's a sight of beauty.
I love the structure of it, I'm very glad that it has the structure and overall look of the Haze#1 that I used as the male and it seems that the PVK has shortened down the flowering time and hopefully will add a little weight to the flowers.

Ok, Here are some update pictures ---- 100_3572.jpg100_3573.jpg100_3579.jpg100_3581.jpg100_3591.jpg100_3592.jpg100_3594.jpg100_3598.jpg100_3605.jpg100_3606.jpg100_3607.jpg100_3608.jpg100_3609.jpg100_3611.jpg100_3612.jpg100_3614.jpg100_3617.jpgBud-Shot PVH F1.jpgBud-Shot PVH F1 pic002.jpgBud-Shot PVH F1 pic003.jpgcrop.jpgPakistan Valley Haze F1.jpgPakistan Valley Haze F1 pic001.jpg

I know this isn't the indoor section but here are some pictures of my Sativa AutoFlower strain.
This is my Thai Haze#47 that I have selected to have the Triploid trait dominant, It's sort of a side project because I also havea line of the Thai Haze#47 that I worked the Triploid trait out of but both strains look and grow the same..
Heres some pictures ---- 100_3618.jpg100_3619.jpg100_3620.jpg100_3621.jpg100_3622.jpg100_3623.jpg100_3624.jpg100_3625.jpg100_3626.jpg100_3627.jpg100_3628.jpg100_3629.jpg100_3630.jpg100_3631.jpg100_3632.jpg100_3633.jpg100_3634.jpg100_3635.jpg100_3636.jpg100_3637.jpg100_3638.jpg100_3639.jpg100_3640.jpg100_3641.jpg100_3642.jpg100_3643.jpg100_3644.jpg100_3645.jpg100_3646.jpg

id assume weed is a little more pricey in Kentucky what do the pounds go for over there, I'm in Cali so it's obviously pretty cheap here I'd assume like 3000 to 4000 for some of you dank?
