So this baby has been growing since the beginning of May. Been waiting for signs of sex. I thought maybe it was male. But now I'm thinking opposite.

Looks like a male to me too. I know what you are looking at that makes you think it's a female but what you are looking at is supposed to be white not green..

if it looks like an oval its a female. look at the growth in pic 2 , right hand branch, second node up. The pic is blurry but trust me, thats an hombre. In a week or so it will swell like an onion shape, and never pop out two pistils. Right now dude looks like a lady, but thats no chick my brother

i would wait a little bit, it does look like male preflower on its little stalk, but the images are not clear enough to be sure

looks more like a female than a male to me but it hasn't fully matured yet. some strains won't let you know until they are well into flower. i've had a male that never showed til 2 weeks in 12/12 i wish i had bred with it as late males are supposed to be bomb

pictures are just not clear enough
the shape of the growth could be a calyx but it looks too big to me to not have any pistils emerging, normally its rare to be able to spot female flowers first normally the pistils can be seen before the calyx as the calyx are tiny when first visible
male preflowers are larger when first seen and sit on a little stalk although they can be the same shape as a calyx so close inspection is needed to find the male stalk

in the second pic it looks like the growth could be sitting on a stalk

Give it time don't chop yet (unless you want male) looks female but only time can tell maybe a week or so and you'll know.

Well I'd like to say thanks to all of you for helping figure this out. Big ups!

Sorry my pics suck. I dropped my good camera on a drunkfest and haven't replaced it. Here's a couple more phone cam pics.

In the very beginning I suspected this one to be male. Only because my step kid said all his male plants flourished and grew fast like this one. Then I saw what looked like to be a ball sack... But it was a leaf budding I think. Because now I don't see it. I'm going to give it another week. And ya if its male I'm chopping it down.
