i have considered what you have wrote because you mentioned that you were parroting uncle b, who i have noticed in my time here is an extremly knowledgeable man and a COMMERCIAL grower.

what we need is for people like uncle b and the rest of the emerald triangle to lay it down on the line for us, i struggle to see why he continues to try to educate even though you can see his words go right out the window.

i wouldnt go that far but what he did for me was bring my head back down to earth . im a dwc hydro grower so im gussing 90% of his work doesnt include my plants. but its easy to get carried away and sometimes you have to remember its only a plant!!!

Excuse me, of course. My point is a balanced N-P-K works best for growing marijuana. In essence, try and maintain green and healthy leaves through harvest. I was taught by Ed Growsnothingatall and Jorge's NoGrow bible that is is completely normal for leaves to turn yellow and fall off. They also recommend flushing and a bunch of other nonsense. I could go through both those books and find many more myths than I got posted so far.

I was going to sell all my equipment and quit growing. I was pissed after a failed summer grow last year. I was like Nullis and Jeffdog thinking that all the information on growing weed is to be found in 'Weed Books' or "Weed Webpages'. Then I found UB's threads. Also, I noticed my neighbors 18 foot tall Tomato plant ( she has it going again this year). All she had was a small bottle of miracle grow and hose water. Then it hit me. Growing marijuana is easy. Growing marijuana is fun. Growing marijuana is CHEAP.

Not trying to stir up any mess, i am just very interested in seeing your grow. I want to learn from the best sir and any one that can have such animosity toward one mans opinion must have all of the answers. And that is the guy I want to learn from,apparently that is you.

Your beginning post is very hard to read. Please reformat with paragraphs and inserts.

Btw, phing your nutrient solution is a good idea for soiless and hydro grows. Otherwise you could have some problems. Soil will be forgiving, soiless will display problems, hydro will result in dead plants without PH nutrient solutions.

Never said I was the best. Fact is, Im far from it . Spend enough time on the board and you will understand the retention. My grows and post are in here if you would really like to see them, you can search for them. What I have learned and who I have learned from will talk to everyone with the degree of respect every member should be entitled to. Thing is most of them aren't here anymore because of the BS that goes on here. I stay because It's guys like UB that save the day from being boring.
