Hey man thanks for the info! Ill be sure to hit you up if I come across any questions!

Today seems to be a little warmer than yesterday. I went and watered yesterday, and found some major mite webs at the top bud. I didn't have much time to do anything about it, so we will see how that goes.

I started germinating two Martian mean greens, and on the 20th I will be picking up some new clones, to go along with the two I have going right now.

I got two 150w cfls, and then I have a t5 that I may put to use.

However it is mounted in my garage and it would be rather difficult to actually get it down. I think for now the cfls will do good enough.

I set up my mini green house as well, which has my two clones my seeds along with some tomatoes, peppermint, and chamomile.

Also I began digging my new plot today. Its real hard work, and for some reason the jackhammer Ive been using doesn't really want to cooperate. It sucks living on 90% rock

ah well, toke up and keep going!:hump:

Heres a new photo, not the greatest quality.

Sorry I havn't stopped in in a while. Pic of that bud is looking very tasty humbo! Hope your excavating goes better! Keep up the good work man!
:peace:peace man:peace:

I love in So-cal If you are trying to "finish" in June great, but if you want to finish in the fall then you planted to early. I did an outdoor grow that I plaknt on this dat 3/7 last year. It finished in early june and did not reveg.

Best

sounds like they didn't go back to veg'...I'm on the central coast, and most of mine reveg'ed(except sgt. kahneohe)...they shouldn't flower again til august. it usually takes at least 8 wks. from flower to finish, and that doesn't count veg time! sooo; are we talking june of '09? kahneohe's set for her first harvest in june, because she was planted in january!..I'm not sure why you didn't get a second veg on that...I would put them under lights for an extra 3 hrs if possible. this also works if you want to extend veg' past late july; which would be great in socal, because people starting late can still ge a decent yield....try THAT in most of the country!!! I don't think so!

Quick question for humbo (whom I believe also has photos of a MOTORCYCLE to post) and yourself, hillbilly, and that is how do you guys get two flowering seasons (harvests) out of the same plant at our longitude? I can see SoCal being a bit easier, especially if you're coastal, between the "softer" weather and the daylight hours. But as far north as Santa Cruz? Your daylight hours can't be too far off from mine, although it's admittedly more extreme weather where I'm located, I thought the bigger worry isn't so much frost as getting those hours right for vegging and reflowering (can you tell I've been reading?).

Information please. :D

Since I didn't really know the answer to your question I have decided to turn this plant into an experiment. This weekend I topped my GDP clone even tho it was two weeks from harvest. I made tea out of the top bud, and it was pretty potent, enough to get two people pretty buzzin.

So the plant was topped yesterday, it still has lower most buds, but I am going to try and make it reveg. I gave it some Dr.Earth organics to try give it a boost of some veg nutes.

I am curious to see if this works, in my mind it seems like it should. :-?
It would be cool to have this same plant budding again but 10 times as big. I think now with my better rounded knowledge of growing and the basics down, I should be able to grow a monster out of these plants. We will see though :hump::peace:

I took a nice video with my phone with the last hike to my spot, but its too large to email to myself, looks pretty wicked.

This plant is pretty feeble right now, I am looking forward to putting my new plants outdoors. I am thinking they could handle it out there, but I am thinking another 5 days er so indoors couldn't hurt.

Humbo.. you think they look feeble? Not to me. I just transplanted all hatchlings this weekend. Several may ultimately need another repotting as the pots I had are a generous 1.5gals, but they were in such desperate need that I had to do it right away.

I will begin LST on all this week.

Sounds pretty cool seamaiden, Id love to see some pictures!

I decided to put one of my other plants outside today!

Its Chocolope

Flowering time: 9-10 weeks
Genetics: 95% Sativa x 5% Indica
Specifics: O.G.Choc.Thai X Cannalope

Nothing on the reveg of my Grand daddy purp =/

Heres a picture of the Chocolope.

yo yo yo yo yo!

Someone feel free to help me out here.

I would really prefer not to lose this plant, as I hear chocolope is a great strain to grow let alone smoke!

I got home from work today at 5:30 and immediately went to check on my new baby. She looks really crappy. All I have used so far is some root hormone and plain water. Leaves look fairly green, not really any yellowing or browning on them. The stem has purple lines on it, but I was told that that was a sign of a healthy clone?

Someone puhlease lend a hand! Thank you

Anyway heres a photo that was taken with my phone.

I think the sun is too strong for it.how long has it been a clone???and how much of that time did it have a root system???If your putting clones outside you want to let them get a good root system before putting them in intense light.

thanks for the quick response! This is the best photo I have as far as what the roots were like when I put them in soil.

So is this usual for clones that are put outside? Does it have a chance of perking up? Will time only tell?

You might want to try putting a 2 liter bottle over it for a few day to keep the humidity high and let it establish a root system and get over transplant shock.

You need to give it a pot and keep it in the shade for a week before you put it out there in the sun like that HJ. It most likely has been under fluorescent lights and the transition to full sun is fatal if you don't take it slow

wow thank you all very much! Its in a relatively shady spot, but if I moved it a few feet over it will be in a good amount of shade almost all day.

I really appreciate all the help!

Do I need to worry about the stem bending down like it is. I assume I should prop it up

THanks again you guys/girls :mrgreen::blsmoke:

Compare the pix, the one from when it was fresh and the one now. The stem in the last pic looks ganty, kinda thin. If it was a lizard I'd say it was malnourished. I think that once its root system kicks in and starts feeding the whole plant it should be alright. I don't know what propping it up would really do for it. I'm sorry, I wish I knew for sure.

The one I have that I called The Recliner came up all on its own, too. It's got a permanent kink in its stem. If it's a boy.. I will be sad to end its life. :(

Thanks you guys!

Clone looks real shitty still. Put it in a nice shady spot that gives it full sun for about 15mins once during the end of the day.

Looks like it may not make it =/

Im going to take these foreign Indian guys i work with to universal studios and then venice beach. They are only in the US for 4 weeks 3 of which so far they have done nothing but sit in an office. Thought it would be a nice gesture.

So wish me luck, because it is extremely hard to understand them with there accents. Good thing I got 6X strength edibles!:hump::mrgreen::blsmoke:
