Polar Bear Polo. I just love that whole concept. Winners eat losers, right?
So it's been 2 days since I switched my 2 Blue Cheeses from the CREE Bulbs and I just gave them a good feeding and misting, so I'm looking for some solid growth over the next week. BC loves it drier so it looks great when it's bone dry, which I don't think my beasties in my soil like too much . My mothers, clones and seedlings were all under the "blue" section and probably need some time, though they won't be staying under the for long as I picked up some new drivers for those hybrids I got. I think that transition to different light kind of fucked them up a bit so I think that's why any growth is "slow". My indica heavy Black Widow is responding though.
Please don't be a blue hater. Ya just gotta pick them right . I was a hater till I realized how blue LEDs are typically so much more powerful than most reds and that low wattage blues are best for our needs. I use those extreme blues to keep growth slow and healthy on the cheap. One day people are gonna realize how easy it is to keep lots of small plants as backups under blue LEDs. My only problem is root growth is terrible for me so I hope those hybrids with some red will help. Otherwise it's time to start taking the 730s out of my 5x60.
FR/IR will get your plants to drink more and tends to help plants finish faster from my experiences over the last year. My BC finishes way faster once I got my 5x60 which had 10 x 730nms. Now that the 5x60 is retired, I've got the A300 to pick up the 730nm slack but I want some more in there once I start flowering again.
Oh I'm using horsetail on my BC this round. I want to see if the silica blast will help with my BC's shitty stems. We talked about that stuff before, right?
