At least another year... No but I would guess 4-5 weeks. Those buds are considered tweens. You've got no reason even looking at them like that lol

If you pick it too early, you wont get high. If you dry it too quick or improperly, you wont get high. There's just no reason to work hard and put your blood, sweat, and tears in something for 3-5 months to mess it up in the end.

It will be worth the wait, but don't forget a good cure will add another month!
Yeah, the seed company's forget to mention this too. ;-)

Early on I'd read the breeders estimates & I'd think, shit I can smoke this in 8 weeks. :-(
The reality is more like (after veg, flower & cure) 16 + weeks.

That is why you find a way to go perpetual. Once you get that first cure under way, you might not be far away from another harvest.

But you don't have to wait, a good dry will give you smokable stuff. But at least a month of cure, and it is so much better.

You realize, that if you cut it now, once it is dry you will have about 3 bowls of shitty weed. Or, you can let it finish, and have maybe an ounce or more. Don't know shit about your setup, can't guess your yield.

That's the idea! I know some people have no choice due to space constraints etc., but it really isn't that difficult to stagger your planting schedule to keep it at least semi-perpetual. I think it took me all of a week to realize I would need another tent/space once I flipped 12/12.

If you don't have a scope, I would wait until you think it's ready, then wait another 5-7 days. After a good trim, you should probably be able to dry in about 4-5 days. Then you could quick jar it (burp it a couple minutes ever hour or two, if you notice the buds not drying how you like you just leave the jar open a little longer,) and get some good smokable buds in a 3-5 days. If you're hard up for smoke you could maybe leave a bud or two directly in front of the fan, but you'll find out that there really is no such thing as a good quick dry method.
