Well I guess I should start with an introduction. Hi, you don't need to know my name, so call me Stew. I've just recently started with this whole "indoor experience". This all started with a $20 Sinclair Viper clone, flowered with Miracle Gro bloom booster and 3 CFL's. Pitiful! So, I bought a 150w hps all in one unit, and started 16 bag seeds. Cat piss got involved and only 2 survived. Used CFL and other 5000+k floro lighting for veg and the 150 for flower. Still obvious that it wasn't enough. So I recently moved to a larger place, with a 10'x12' bedroom to take the place of the 2'x4' closet. Bought a 400w hps and invested in some great genetics. And now it will begin, The grow journal that will change me from newbie to pro. HSO Blue DreamG13 Labs Auto AKG13 Labs Royal KushHSO Sour Diesel #2Ripper Seeds GrapeGumDay 1 SproutsDay 5 for three plants/day 1 for SD#2. Running 2 1650lumen CFL's 6500k w/ 4' shop light floro 4500k 24hr, on enclosed table with reflection. The Auto AK is under 400w HPS 24hr. All are getting General Organics GO BOX full line. SD #2, Royal Kush, and Auto AK are getting GH FloraNectar Pineapple Rush. Locating some Blueberry Dream for the BD, and Grape Expectations for the GG. Well that's all I got for an introduction, look forward to any feedback.

Good luck man. I'm fortunate enough to be in Cali and can have the cut only ssh pheno of blue dream, probably one of the easiest cuts to get in Cali. But I tell you man Blue Dream is easy to grow! Super forgiving, good with everything, and a large window of harvest. Super frosty, super stinky, super tasty, and super big yielding. It's popular among smoker and grower alike for a reason.

Thanks. Yeah I've heard Blue Dream was a heavy yielder. I browsed these grow journals for months before I finally decided what I wanted to blow my money on. Rotted a White Rhino seed a few days ago, due to me or the color coating, not sure. but it sucked to lose the heaviest yielder I had. The tail popped and everything, then just sat there. First loss. But that's what I get for wanting one of everything. haha. This is just the beginning. I'm still sitting on Greenhouse Seeds The Church, A.M.S., Trainwreck, and White Widow. Whenever I decide to get more lights, room partitions, and well the money for it all. haha MORE PICS TO COME...

Thank you. When I start getting down to the end of the first batch, I will be looking for some info on HOW THE FUCK DO I GET THAT SMELL lol. I've done the jar thing, well for the most part. I just know something is missing. Something I may have skipped reading, or something you pro's like keeping to yourselves

those are an assortment of all. the auto is getting a lot bigger than expected. especially since some fem preflowers hidden inside the canopy split into male. seeds are a brewing. nothing else was affected. and once noticed all male flowers were removed. so far it appears to have seeds growing only on all the preflowers and none inside the buds themselves. that I have seen. Never seen it before, I guess the genetics of autos are really as messed up as everyone says. but 60 days from sprout to harvest. who cares.... more pics on the camera. only 17 days left for the auto(though I may wait for most of the seeds to mature before harvest.) then possibly another move,ugh... I really didn't want to have to move live plants. especially 22"-24" ones. if only women could make up their minds.... hahaha thanks for the views. many more photo's and strains to follow.

So far looking really good. I use General Organics complete line(minus the Ancient forest haven't given it a try yet) Unlike a lot of growers I use nutes every time I water, follow the directions to a point(if I want it purple I OD on BioBud, If I want it bushey I double BioMarine, Thicker branches double BioWeed, ect.....Anytime I double the BioThrive I also double CalMag. never had a problem with over ferting, and nothing I've dried has sounded like rice krispies so I think i'm doing ok.lol....... large fan leaves started yellowing a week ago. I took a few off(personal preference). I like to flush with clean water 2 weeks before I plan to harvest. and I did that 3 or 4 days ago. i'll water plain water one more time and then wait for the soil to dry out completely before I cut her down. so far no color changes other than the yellowing. no leaf spots at all. all in all it's looking better than I thought it would. I got new pictures but I left my camera at a buddies. so i'll have to update tomorrow... only one Blue dream clone rooted(still practicing that shit) but that's fine for now because I didn't really plan on a large grow right now. I'll take a few Sour Diesel #2's and once they root i'll flower the 4(from seed) I got. they are topping 24" after being FIMed or topped. I topped the Blue Dream and FIMed the rest(though I may have just not done shit at all, my cut may have been way to high up on the shoot for 2.) And that's about it... OH one more thing.... Had a slight herm issue with the auto, it actually was a few male flowers popping out of female calyx(weird looking shit) anyways, I have seeds growing and hope they will be done by the time I cut her down. another thing that kinda puzzled me, I currently share a room with my 4 veg(since i'm doing 24 with the auto), the color temperature is separated by a single 3'x6' sheet of husky black 4mil plastic. it is not completely enclosed and air is freely moving about the room. and 4 in veg have pistils. none appear to have seen any sight of pollen. would they stay white until I changed the photoperiod? or should I not really worry about it at this point(after smiling about the pollenated AUTO I pulled the 3 male flowers within 4 days of appearing)

If you're going heavy on the cal/mag, are you adding just a hint of iron to it, or does your cal/mag have a hint of iron as well? Figured I'd ask so you dont get any nasty lockout due to over-fert of one restricting uptake of another. You're not the first to have issues with blue dream and clones, am not sure what's going on with that strain but may have to get it and try to work out what's going on so the community et al has a bit more sanity. As long as the females you have in the other section weren't ready for pollen, you should be ok as long as the air isn't recirculating without any completely 'fresh' air being added. If it is, you'll have to be -very- careful so you don't get cross-pollination and end up with something that is not of the sensimilla nature - which I believe is your goal... would also move every plant you have, wipe it down with water at least to control dry pollen being blown, disinfect everything that's touched the pollen producer before it touches anything else whatsoever. I'm a bit paranoid in that respect, but have seen 60+ plants get pollinated by 1 lone male that wasn't noticed - helped the guy clean the grow area for many many many hours and would not wish that upon my worst enemy.
