As soon as I give up the will to live I will buy 7 boxes of Crunch berry and an oz of something potent. I will, at the point, let myself go and join the ranks of the obese.

Crunch berries are the ultimate stoner food! Nobody forgets them once they taste them!

(What my family calls) Enchiladas!

Omg, if they didn't take so long to prep I'd eat em every day!

Cook some hamburger (or chicken), soak some corn tortillas in hot oil for a few seconds to get them pliable, soak them in enchilada sauce, stuff them with the hamburger, cheese and black olives (cut), roll them up like little taquitos, put them in a baking pan and cover them in more enchilada sauce, cheese and black olives, then bake them for 20 minutes, JESUS CHRIST, what emerges is pure heaven. Side of guacamole, rice and beans, ohhhh jiiiiizz!

The biggest problem I have with that is it takes an hour to finish and 5 minutes to eat! That's one of those meals you're sooo stuffed but you still come back for seconds! lol

Hands down my favorite meal I cook

And, Hatch Chilies and then just about anything made with them.
That goes without saying. ;)

All of my dishes requiring chili are made with Hatch chili. The only OTHER chili I would use over Hatch would be Chimayo chili. But it's hard to come by.

Pickled beets. I can never get enough. We have jars of pickled beets in our storage room. I may have to raid the pantry.
