Fuck...what the hell does ( soooo dry, humidity is only a word in the prairies, but the men are buff and their choice of words is epic) mean? Sounds like some obscure passage from a book.
I always thought Canada would be awesome place to life, the people seem more down to earth, probably because you sometimes have to depend on one another because of the weather. And the forests have to be incredible.
One of my several houses will be in Canada come wednesday when I win the 500million$ in powerball.
No offense to you but this reminded me of a pet peeve.

When american's talk about my city, Toronto...they say something like

American: "How the Canadian weather? how do you guys survive up there"

Me: You ever been to Detroit? yeah? well Toronto is 4 hours away from Detroit. We have the same weather as the Northern states. This isn't Alaska you cunt.

I'm in Florida, we only have the occasional hurricane. As far as i'm concerned you live on the wild frontier, not in the cities obviously, but the vastness of your forests. My ex brother in law (total piece of shit) lived in Canada and toured in a band and told me how his appendix burst in the middle of nowhere and he had to have a vet remove it because there was no hospital. I could see that happening in Florida, only it would be because you where denied medical care because you didn't have insurance. Detroit also is like the last frontier, only for entirely different reasons.

Living in Canada can be surreal, Here in the Golden Horseshoe we're about as far south as Northern California, we have great summers and cold winters. I can't tell you how many people have come over from Buffalo New York, (less than an hours drive) in July with ski's on their car looking for snow. It's unreal.

I went ice fishing somewhere around Buffalo. We where supposedly on the border I think, it was pretty cool. You walked out on the lake and if you got 20 or 30 yards from each other you'd get lost because of the fog or mist. I think ice fishing is more about drinking and freezing then fishing. Didn't have an auger so you chop through the ice, then put that pop up flag thing, and drink. Stare at flag drink some more. My feet have never been that frozen since.

Ice fishing here is good if you're into smelt. (Or drinking). After living in a lot of places I'm happiest here. It's a wonderful Country and those of us lucky enough to live here are blessed.

Maybe I should start an O Canada thread, before someone starts a Fuck Canada post. But thats what I mean, to say you feel blessed for where you live is fantastic.
I don't care if I live in a mansion or a trailer it's all about the people around you. But I don't feel blessed that's for sure.

(In keeping with the thread) Fuckin shouldn't have wasted your 20$, but don't worry I only plan to keep a chunk for myself, then I plan on spending the rest of my life giving the rest away.
