You'll want a Trini curry then

Do not eat with rice and peas (Jamaican shit lol), eat with dahl, curried potato, chana (curry garbanzo) and roti bread.

Green seasoning should include CULANTRO by the way... Not cilantro.

If I'm in a good mood on Wednesday, my day off, I'll post the recipe. You guys like chickpeas(chana) you can omit the spinach(saag). For tofu you can use real paneer or queso fresco cheese, just don't tell me. Instead of chickpeas, lentils.

Mmmmm, salted nuts. I love christmas time when the markets do freshly roasted sweet or salted nuts in little bags. Got me a bag of roasted salted pistachios beside me right now, but think i'm gonna put some Jamaican bbq chicken and rice in the oven first. Drinking tanglefoot :)

Do you have a recipe for your deviled eggs? I'm always looking for a better recipe. I love them. :)
I hate to say it but I cook with a pinch of this or a pinch of that. I, generally, use a good grade honey mustard, celery salt, onion powder and garlic powder. Made them with onion salt tonight and that will not happen again. It made them slightly bitter.

There is a certainly mustard I use. And once again I hate to say it I know the bottle when I see it but not the name. I didn't use it tonight and it showed. I think it is a German made mustard, but not real sure about even that. I'll let you know the name when I get a bottle it makes all the difference in my deviled eggs.
