Is this over watering (pics)?

I was too stoned yesterday and forgot that I had watered this girl the day before.. so I watered it again.. :( :(

Today the plant is looking as in the pics. Is it over watered or some other problem? :( :( :(

Please advise on how to fix this.. thinking of just holding off water till the soil feel dry.

That's more than a single overwatering. Transplant it today. I mean today. Only enough water to DAMPEN your new soil, water only for a week when you do start again. NO NUTRIENTS!

this is what happened to 3 of my plants last night but not as bad only like 1-3 leaves per plant, and it was because my soil dried out quicker than usual and the heat made it worst.

Over water for sure, if you can make sure you have good drain holes in the bottom add a few and put her outside for the day. Than bring back in and dont water until those leaves start to get straight.

soil was wet today when I saw it.. still is wet. dont really wanns transplant as Ive already killed one girl doing that.. can I wait for a few days to let it sort it out itself. heat is not a prob. top of leaves are 28deg and bottom is 24deg C. humidity 48. soil feels wet.. at least the top 1 inch does

do I really have to do it today? Can I wait another day... or will it be bad for her? Im afraid of doing more damage with transplant.. as Ive done in the past.

Yeah, it does look like too much nitrogen with the extreme canoeing down and hooking. If it was over watered it would be clawing up (transpiring), clawing down means it's trying to retain moisture. Flush with luke warm water and give it water only for a week, then slowly start it back up on nutrients.

Flush an already overwatered plant? To what end? Transplant it. That won't kill it. Or shouldn't.
True, that's the right way to go in this case. A combination of over watering and over feeding. i've had all of these symptoms before on an over fed plant, but it was already a few hours into drooping from under-watering (forgot to water) so flushing was the right way to go in my case.

should I really transplant like NOW or wait another day to see if it recovers?

The soil is wet to touch and plant wilting from top.. so I suspect root rot.. and I only have the same size pot.. not bigger. Is that fine?

The nutrients in the soil aren't going to vanish into thin air, neither will the moisture, oh wait that will won't it :-P, but not fast enough. I'd say get to it now. It's the best thing you can do, just get it out of that soil. Spend some time doing it though and make it as stress-less as possible.
