Well the first part is covered with cash. Investment money would go more to marketing than anything else.Oh I agree! But look what companies it took to overthrow the others. You will need to hit the streets, travel to all the shows to get your name out, new content, deal with weedmaps trying to fuck with you..... So many things to worry about.
Not saying it's not possible because I would LOVE to get honest reviews for clubs but it's not going to happen anytime soon. You also have to remember that weedmaps is like a "map of the stars" to the Feds. 3 clicks and they can look at several potential dispensaries to shut down so you have to worry about dispensaries not wanting to be on the list. I think the era of weedmaps is over because the scene has changed so much and most dispensaries have been shut down so it's almost useless.
The second part is tough. But as long as there are dispensaries they need an avenue to advertise. Also I don't think "most" dispensaries have shut down. There are still literally thousands of them out there, open and doing business. But you are right in that it's pretty hot out there right now. Now is not a good time to open a dispensary, I think.
