When speaking Politics, Partisan=stauchly/blindly dedicated to one group. BI-Partisan refers to a Rep or Dem, the most lost of all.

Objective scientific evidence indicates that we are not all equaly partisan. The right is far more in need of consensus and membership to like minded groups. This is the basis of conservative authoritarianism, that alegiance to one's own group is more important to the individual than being correct about a particular issue. So, the right is nearly always more "partisan" than the left.

How can there be any objective science in what amounts to "poli sci", the most infelicitous oxymoron of the 20th century? Scientific method cannot be applied to data whose primary gatherers are journalists, standard-bearers of one of the most antiscientific disciplines currently active.
