Growing in raised beds would be great, wish I lived in a place ideal for outdoor!
im talking raised beds inside. if you have room for 1kw u could use a 4x4 botanicare tray as a drip pan. build 4x4 raised bed with 1 x 12 redwood . line the bottom with smart pot fabric. tack in wire fabric to support. place bed on top of tray. the tray sits on a stand with casters. roots have all the room they want. and they get air pruned @the bottom.

i would do exactly this if i wasn't so into modular/movable plants

Hey Nugs got a coupe questions for ya.
So I have a 4 head mainline going under a scrog screen.
I am wondering if I should trim up some of the side branching even though I have them coming up through the scrog screen evenly with the tops? It's almost like I have 24 tops going.

I am also running this plant in a 5 gallon bucket. Should I transplant to a 7 before flowering?
This question may be useless with out a photo. I will try and post one up later.

Thanks in advance for the reply and I will try to post photos soon.

alright....did my research and ordered my supplies......this is what i will be feeding my plants/bennies....(applied seperately)

Dry Top Dress(worked into top 4 inches of soil)....a mixture of.....

epsoma tomato tone 3-4-6 with bennies
High P Guano 0-8-0 with bennies and myco
EWC

my tea.....

homemade EWC
Fish Hydrolysate
kelp
comfrey
sucanat

i am stoked to go bottle free for the first time under the sun....will let my plants tell me when to feed.....my guess is 2 top dresses in the next 5 weeks, and tea every other watering....

...the only bottle being the fish.........everything else is a solid.
Nugs couple questions about the above post brother.....

1. I know you are x'ing out the Humic acid from above but KK uses Azomite in his tea will you be adding this instead?
2. Would you consider this an all around good tea to use in veg and flower as a boost of goodness or is this something your only planning on using because of your outdoors were mixed to lite as you have said.
3. What are the ratios for 5 gallon brews?
4. Are you planning on diluting this mix?

Sorry for all the questions I like to take notes as I read your threads and just want to be thourgh. Thanks bro

theres always something to take pictures of around here . although i wonder if a 1 light bed is more useful to a magazine. could have it filled with something from sub, way more people relate to a 4x4 than a warehouse type room..

supersoil has been a wild experience. everything i read and heard about is true, just add water...changed my garden and me as a result! so happy...lets see how it does in flowering. they have been in 5gall pots with SS for 10-11 days. my plants have never looked better in my opinion...they are all roughly 12inches in height except for the blue widow which is around 9inches...

right, thats why you don't see a lot in the leading mags on the art of growing trees.....it is only relevant to a very small % of the reading demographic.........the hottest stuff imho, is the ultra practical stuff that a fair number of growers are doing in the organics forums ..... my article on Modular Scrog was just picked up last week by "The Art of Mary Jane"

Great job on those pics for HT nugs! Can't wait to see them. Did you also submit an article or just the pictures? I want to see some kind of a writeup on your main-lining adventures in high times, because It's definitely worthy enough to be in there!
