Hello, I am new here and new to growing. A friend gave me a bag of seeds. They must have been old because I only got a few plants out of them.
I have one plant that looks different. The leaves look like a fern and there are 6 leaves growing from the stem. Is this marijuana? Any info would
be great appreciated.

Sorry, but I agree with the others that said "no, it is a fern" BUT it is cute. Have you tried smoking a fern? Who's to say...
I want to know who/how the first human being checked Marijuana out. One day this dude is out for a stroll, thinking about getting something for dinner BUT he gets distracted by a pungent smell and a plant in his path that looks different than any others he's seen before, so he sits down, pulls some bud off the top and proceeds to dry it out in the sun; a few hours later, he packs his Wully Mammoth bone pipe, he made a while back, and loads it up. He pulls out his Zippo lighter he found the day before (was in some funny time capsule), anyway, he fires it up. Nothing happens. He takes another hit, still nothing, finally after his third toke, he starts to feel better, nicer, dioriented even. He takes several more hits and then stops. Several hours pass by and all of a sudden he realizes that he is immensly hungry and has forgotten dinner. Oh well, he runs home and grunts at his wives because they fixed nothing to eat. Then he spots a small animal, probably a Chihuahua, and proceeds to catch it. Oh, that poor animal! In a few minutes time, he has it cooked and consumed but somehow, forgot all those hungry women. They proceed to beat the shit out of him and he dies. The moral of the diatribe is that, if you're gonna' smoke funny plants you'll probably do funny things after that...
