He already gave me this info. All he has enough for is the light, containers, soil and ferts. He can't afford a tent.
If it is a medical grow he doesn't have to worry about security. Well accept from thieves anyways. I suggested this

If he lives in a different country than the U.S. he might be able to find the equivalent
at a store more near him.
I suggested that he just get some soil from his local store. I asked for his dimensions of his screened in patio but
he seemed to think this unnecessary. Sense he's doing it in a screened in patio I suggested that if there is enough
air circulation that he could just take a good fan and point it at his light.
