Good luck Brother, I'm still a newb at all this and and learning as I go, I have more books on growing this stuff than I ever thought I would. I didn't think it would take as long as it does for some of these to show preflower but the 8 Ball took the most time. I guess that's why I veged for so long. Hope to see more picture of your grow as I'll be stickin a few more of mine in here too.

It's not a blacklight, it's a reptile light. Blacklights are UVA, reptile is UVB. It's supposed to increase resin and trichome growth.

Well it's a week into flower maybe a day or 2 more and this is what I look at sitting next to it on the floor. She keeps stretching and has gone past the lights so I started to bend her LST style.

So i think im in need of some help here guys!! much is appreciated. these little guys are 12 days into veg, i started giving them nutes two days ago and have responded well, im not sure if im feeding them to little or to much, when i started feeding growth picked up quite a bit. but they are small for 12 days in my blue hash plant at 17 days was probably about 7 times bigger then these 8ball kush plants are at 12 days in. i have been feeding them 250ml a day, mixing a 4 litre pale with 1/4 teaspoon of Dyno-Gro liquid 7-9-5 and 0.3 grams of piranha per litre of water each plant gets 250ml of the mix of piranha aswell. my MH light seems to be wierd to when it turns on sometimes the 400W is brighter then it dims down and stays there, maybe its not being as bright as possible? i was thinking of getting some CFL bulbs to put inbetween the pots maybe or something for some more light but not much more heat. i lowered the light todayy even more to see if that will help. here are some pictures

hey dood, i just started my 8 ball 9 days ago and mine is right on par with yours. nice to know im not the only one getting slow growth. im used to the explosive growth of sativa dom stains

it doesnt seem 2 be doing too much, your plants look underdeveloped for the amount of time theyve been running. i have a PINEAPPLE CHUNK thatd poo on those VKs and their younger. their only 30 days into flower. you should really wait 2 figure out what your doing before you start bashing strains haha

Um, OK dude.. First of all those pis you're commenting on are 8-Ball Kush, not VK. Second, the UVB lamp is for trichome production, not general development. I'm pretty sure it's the strain, and not my grow technique. I too have other strains that are younger and more developed, see:

Regarding PC, I only grew from a single seed, and may have gotten a crap pheno, but the other strains I grew along side that one (except the VK) were all excellent. Barney's seems to have wide pheno variation. I don't know if you noticed, but my B-Ball is Sativa dominant, but it's supposed to be 80% indica or something like that. My 8-Ball is looking/smelling pretty good, but not a 55 day strain, more like 65-70.

what im saying is that just cuz ive had a bad OG Kush plant does that mean i should go on here and tell everyone that OG Kush sucks? ive been running PAC for 4 crops n have had 1 plant that sounds like your PAC. and its a personal favorite i guess its kinda like hearing somone speak bad about a personal friend, all im saying is that i know for a fact that PineApple Chunk has AMAZING potential i have a cuple pictures that arnt very clear or else id post them, when i get ahold of a better camera i will take a cuple. i mean this stuff is DANKY

also i have a Master Kush that is Sativa Dominant, and it looks very similar 2 that 8ball. i honestly could call it 8 ball if i felt like it, its shaped actually more round nuggies then the 8 ball haha. so yah i know what your talking about, i just usually run at least 3-4 plants of a strain before i decide 2 make an complete judgement 2 start telling people who dont know the difference for themselves like newbs 2 growing and such.

OP my veg area is 30-40% humidity on good days, a spray bottle misting is all you need one or twice a day. Never an issue for me, been as low as 20s during winter.

the 1st two are the Master Kush Sativa Pheno and the 2nd two are the Pineapple Chunk nearing the end of week 4. the PAC nuggs look small but its becuz the plant is so big, but the head is the size of my fist at that point and already dense enuff 2 pull pieces off n smoke(which i DONT do) haha. the nuggets dont even have leaves in the actual flower just pure Calxs stacking on top of 1 another

Hey guys, havent had an update for a while been super busy this week! the plants this week decided to finally grow though which is great news. i upped there feeding tremendously, went up to 1/2 tsp of dyno-gro per litre of water, instead of 1/4 teaspoon in 4 litre's, they definitely were not getting enough nutes before, the day i upped there feeding they all grew out a couple sets of leaves in a matter of 6 hours. you can see on the plants now where the deficiency was in there life already, i also transferred them into small blue cups as you can see so there roots have a easier time, the roots have also exploded this week, ill be putting them back into the big pots in a few days! looks like these guys are going to need an extra 10 or so days now, because there about that far behind. The one leaf on the plant looks like it has some burns or something? and also some of the leaves are darker on the inside than on the outside, its a pattern on a few leaves forsure, also something up there anyone got any ideas? i also moved the light up today hopefully it cools them down a bit still sitting mostly around 30 celcius, want to try to get it back down to 25. im also going to grab another fan and try to get some C02 running in there for them. everything does seem to be alot better now though, every couple hours i notice leaf growth which is pretty crazy.

hey Moshi, i get those lil brown specks on the 1st cuple sets of leaves on seedlings somtimes, as long as it doesnt keep spreading 2 the bigger leaf sets at they come in itll grow out of it, its cuz i mix strains alot n usually use 1 mild nutrient solution for all different strains some needing more or less of certain things. i woudlnt worry about it like i said unless it progresses.
