I wanted to go one more week with this last rez of nutes but the plants are saying they're ready so 3-5 days of dark then chop chop.

I've read a dark period before harvest can increases trike production, does it really?, I'm not quite sure of yet. I did a 72 hours dark period while flushing last run and the buds came out really tasty so I'm going to do the same thing this time. I did notice the buds continuing to swell during the lights out period.

Looking good bro, roots also like nice, you are going back to air stones right? I doubled the stones in my systems for this grow so will see what happens. Got the other room sorted out and up and running. You B smoking them girls real soon, they look great.
 
Das alot of budz brah. =) what are you using for lights? Looks like alot of LST and/or Verti-SCROG from the pictures~ Im guessing just vertically hung assorted HIDs lights. Im in the midst of tossing around the idea of building a hydro stadium grow. Google stadium grows (only seen with soil so far)~!

It started out horizontal than near the end of the grow I went vertical with 3 of the bulbs for shits and gigs, now I'd love to switch up this space and grow 6 trees @ 65" o/c with bare bulb vert lighting.

Yeah!!.. I've seen stadium grows, looks like a good way to maximize gpw

Here's a shot of the buds from the largest plant. It was surrounded by 2400w near the end and produced some heavy buds.

I recently scored some grape ape clones but I need to veg them out another couple weeks before I start up the flower room again

I decided to go back to air stones, I also wrapped the buckets in panda for this run.

When I was at the local hardware store I picked up 50' of 1/4" soaker tube, I wasn't sure if it would work as a flexible air diffuser but for 8$ I figured I'd try it. I cut a 48" test strip kinked over one end and slid a band over it, connected the other end up to the 1/4" feeder tube than coiled it around the bottom of the bucket flipped on the air and Man!! it actually works great!
I purchased the eco plus 48" diffusers for my first grow @ 3$ each x8 and the bubbles where ok... by the second grow the bubbles where less and I could tell the diffusers needed to be replaced.
This 50' of soaker tube made 12 x 48" diffusers for 8$ and there's a lot more bubbles everywhere.

I was working outside on some soil plants this morning, later I headed indoors and rearranged some lights and missed with the water a little bit, a few hours later I went back to check conditions after making changes and noticed the water had turned a little and there was a little brown around the buckets, I lifted out a plant and the roots had dark gunk on it =(.. Not happy I ran to the corner store for some h202 3%, I added 40ml to the system and 20 minutes later the roots are white again and no brown ring!!... lol.... I'm so happy!
I've never had to use hydrogen peroxide so far but man it seems to work with my sterile rez.

Fingers crossed for no more interruptions, I think it may have been dirty hands or the new light I placed was bleeding light into the buckets.
