been slowly putting less weed in spliffs these days so last two days been drier than a nuns chuff and have to say not feeling to bad yet. This could all change by tomorrow tho, haveing some trouble finding new places for the tools i had in shed. Got the hose out sorted in the washer tho, now flowing perfectly with the washer moved, ended up with 2ft wide, 5ft across and 10 ft in height....

DON`T keep it until your finished, its hard training even if you only do some warm ups you won`t want to be stoned, if you want to be proficiant in mma you need the focus when training, trust me rory you`ll appriciate the stone more when your done...
if you do some cardio work out of class maybe some running it will make it alot easier on you, i don`t know how you are now fitness or stamina wise, but if you go in there and can workout for 30 to 40 mins hard as you can, within a few weeks you`ll have the hang of it and really enjoy it.. then theres the sparring.....
local sensai is returning from states in few weeks so have to train hard myself, he`ll laugh at the way i`ve slipped into doing nothing after warning me not too....
looks like i have to go pound road too so your not the only one and i feel the same..(no fucking way am i going out in that cold) but alas its the only way....

lol yeah man i bought a half oz of weed for 170 euro and its fucking crap, its all dust no buds and its dry as a bone but wont stay lit in the joint you gotta relite everytime you want a drag, i think its sprayed with some crap cause it just make me fell like shit and no high, i just gave away the half oz for free to a mate i am sickened, later

for anyone thats not seen it, starts at 9 i think on tg4, hal from malcom in the middle (brian cranston) plays a teacher that gets cancer and starts cooking crystal meth.
its awesome, used to be on fx but they cut it half way into series two, tg4 have promised to show all 6 seasons.......... i have it recording, will def be watching it again its like the sopranos its that good.....

There's only 4 seasons, they're filming the 5th now and it'll be the final one...it's one of the best Iv seen in a long long time.

ae86 i had to lol the fact ur recording the show on tg4 lol why not just download every season online and watch them all without ads and better quality? theres tons of torrent site but i really only use link sites like rlslog.net or irfree ect
