You can come fishing with me anytime buddy! Kinda dead right now though. Last tournament was 2 weeks ago. Marlin run is over. Still sailfish and dorado around. We got lucky with that tuna. Big tuna schools move in around July. Taking the big boat to Cocos Island this year. Got permission to fish inside of the park right on the edge of the shelf. My captain prepared a whole report for the parks association and told them we were going to be tagging fish and keeping documented logs. Plus I took the head of the parks association fishing 3 times this year. Super pumped for that. Fishing Cocos is ridiculous. Like Jurassic Park out there. We're gonna get on the island and bribe them to let us shoot a wild boar to roast.

YAY! I can has half?

I have no idea what's for dinner... Maybe I'll make burgers or Pelmini.
I'm sure I could rangle you a third. In fact, you can probably have half, because my girl eats meat like a bird and I had a rough night from eating too much meat last night, haha.

Tell your lady she needs to eat her protein!

Make her big and strong!

I wish I had a steak so big right now, that I would experience this Meat Hangover...

It's decided: homemade burgers. Pictures will come later x

Easter Feast: Ham w/ coca cola glaze, deviled eggs (my favorite), green bean salad, cowboy caviar, sweet cabbage salad with thai noodles (nummers), fruit salad, potato salad, easter bunny coconut cake, and boiled eggs... lots and lots of boiled eggs.

Mmm... home made burgers and ham... y'all know what's up :D

I almost did a ham.. webought it and everything, but then I realized I never made a roast beast, so we're going that way instead.

Here's the rub recipe I got from me mum:

Crushed black pepper, sea salt, smashed garlic, a little thyme... mashed together thoroughly with mortar and pestle... add a little olive oil to loosen it up... rub it on good... this is SOOOOO tasty. Can't wait to eats it.

That does look awesome Altar! I love roast beast. Did you use a crockpot or what?

The wife is cooking a hotpot with pork ribs and sliced beef and whatnot. One of my favorites. It's going to be delicious.
