Barneys Farm Pineapple Express, and a bag seed!! lol

isnt mold and mildew usually caused by to much moisture and over watering? i mean a plant isnt going to just start molding out of nowhere right??
 
What light cycle do you have them on right now??? i thought barneys PE autos were all femanized??
 
Mold can also form from to high of humidity. I live in the desert cant get tge humidity ofr 27 percent lol. Doesnt seem to hurt them.
 
im runnin 18/6 an im in colorado im lucky to get over 14%humidity in my box.and yes they are feminized.
 
hey htx when i said sighns of sex i meant when i start to see pistils start to stick outi will change to hps not that there is any chance of male other than the bag seed.no worries didnt mean to confuse.o and the girls are loving the light,i can already see a differenc in their size after a day and a half.i think this will be a nice set of girls.
 
I got a tent from amazon for xmas to do some auto seed runs. It's 2x4x5 and it was 81.00 shipped.i usually run my autos on 24/0 but ive seen a lot of 18/6 grows.
 
in my last grow,i grew am auto berry from marijuana seeds-nl.at first i ran 24/0 for about the firs 2 weeks the same as i did this one.then i switched to 18/6 and got wonderful results.I also figure that the 6 hrs will give me a little break on the electric bill.after doing some math i figured that i can run it 24/0 for around 15 dollars a month wich isnt to bad at all,but after seeing the results from 18/6 i decided just to leave it.I decided to name the girls,Elley may(big one), Daisey(medium one),and Halfpint (small one). yes i know those are country ass names but im a country ass boy!!:-P!!! ohhh okay... how big are the pots you have them in?? 1 gal pots??
 
no i got Them in 3 gallon square rose pots.They actually may be even 4 gallon but im not sure,im fixin to go online and chek.but i know for sure there at the least 3 gallon.yup i just confirmed it,they are 3.17 gallon.

How much dry weight do you usully get from 3 gal?? cuz im debating 4autos in 3 gallon pots or 8autos in 1 gallon pots...
 
just germed 1 out of two Barneys P/E, i started a couple of days ago... still waiting for the second to sprout

yea they are man im fixing th start documenting growth rates,its already gotten bigger since yesterday,my other grow was nothing like this!!
 
im not sure buddy this is my first run with a 3 gallon pot,the old school guys say the bigger the pot the bigger the yeild.
 
yeah it does seem that bigger pots mean bigger plants, its recomended to germ and put them straight into 3-5 US gal pots .... i use 3 gal and have had some good
plants now (3rd harvest soon)

air pots come highly recomended too .... thinking about giving them a go

that is true, to a point.

its actually, longer the veg, better the yield, but to veg longer and not get root locked, you need bigger pots.
a plants yield is based largly on its root mass.

i wouldnt go anything under a 3 gal pot. but when i replace everything with root pots, i will go with 5 or 7's
going a 5 or 7 on a 12/12 from seed/clone wont improve yield. if its not root locked, then you dont need bigger pots.

I try my best to do 1 gal per month of growth. Running almost all 60 day strains. 1 Month in veg + 2 month flower = 3 gal pots.
Some strains run longer in veg, like the pineapple and my timewarp, so they need bigger pots.
 
i took the grape ape and started her into flower,i rekon we will know what she is real soon.ill keep yall posted!!
