no, it doesn't suck. they were my listings and i took my chances. i read the terms prior but saw others doing it so i went for it. i knew going in it was a risk so when things went south it was neither a loss or a suck. it simply was expected.You didn't get arrested, you just voilated terms of service... And therefore all the listings you took the time to create got deleted.
And that sucks!
