Some sources claim that the six types of dogs commonly identified as the most dangerous or vicious dog breeds are Akitas, Chow-Chows, Doberman Pinschers, Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, and Wolf-Dog Hybrids.



Its all how you raise it. End of story.







Now back to the purpose of the thread. lets see some pretty pups pllzzzzzzz.

Thanks. It was rough, I had to put her to sleep because of throat cancer. It got to the point where she was choking in the middle of the night and I didn't want her suffering or to my kids to see her like that either. She was 8 yrs. I noticed in my many years of being around these dogs, that the males tend to live longer and are less prone to cancer.

Me with my Uncle's litter in 1985 or 86.

This is Mack, My sons' pit. He's about 65 Lb and is a huge lover. (I still don't know WHY these come out sideways!!!!)

This is MY baby, Mr Higgins. He's about as pure a Canis Lupus as they come in the wild. N American Timber/Gray wolf. UNBELIEVABLY intelligent, and loving, there isn't an aggressive bone in his body. He IS quite timid and shy around strangers tho, and that behavior is often misinterpreted.

Heres my boy Romie =] he's almost 3. hes not as thick as most staffy's but man, he is Very fast. You throw a stick as hard as you can and he will almost be there before the stickSDC11594.jpg

TPFB (What a stupid screen name!! It totally describes you) Are you for REAL???? I see you spouting that this or that is fact, but no citations to back anything up. We raised rottweilers in the past, and not one of our dogs attacked anyone (of course, hitting a dog has never been a part of our discipline), My son owns a Pit, and I own a Wolf. I guess they are killing machines also?? Up bringing and how you treat the animals determines the way they interact with other humans, not your own personal beliefs. Yes, many of these animals are very aggressive, but if you beat a dog long enough, he'll eventually get fed up and turn on you, and believe that all humans are threats. This holds true for chihuahuas to Newfoundlands. ANY animal can be dangerous, especially if maltreated.
